Jonathan Clarke – OPERATIONS MANAGER Jonathan is responsible for the Operational management of Utilitrack offices and home workers in multi locations. Jonathan has over 25 years Utility sales experience in managing and motivating high performance acquisition and retention teams. Jonathan has experience with Telesales B2B, SME and corporate customers, in a variety of roles covering account management, team management and operational channel management. He is a sales multi award winner and his teams have achieved external recognition at both BESMA and the National Sales Awards. Jonathan’s utility industry and experience of building sales teams supports the growth ambitions of Utilitrack to be the best in the industry.
Sam Woolston – ACCOUNT MANAGER Sam has been an Account Manager and member of the Utilitrack team since the company launched and has over 15 years’ experience within Utilities. Her background working in finance before Utilitrack, and her extensive knowledge of the energy industry means Sam is the lead on comprehensive account management for some of our largest clients.
Jane Carrigan – ACCOUNT MANAGER Jane has worked in the Utility Industry for over 15 years, specialising in managing acquisition, retention, and win-back teams. Jane is passionate about developing people and is a qualified life coach. Jane’s industry knowledge and people skills provide an excellent foundation for contract negotiations with some of our largest clients. Out of work Jane works closely with European animal rescue charities having a keen interest in animal welfare. Jane is also a semi-professional paranormal investigator.
Ian Asquith – ACCOUNT MANAGER Ian has been in the industry since 2012. His all-around knowledge of SME B2B Sales and SME Business Movers has assisted Ian in becoming a successful Account Manager at Utilitrack whose main focus is account management of our extensive SME portfolio.
Alexster Pearson Clough – ACCOUNT MANAGER Alexster brings a fresh perspective into Operations, after working in previous non-energy sales roles and running his own successful small businesses. Since joining Utilitrack Alexster has become a pioneer of process, with a keen eye for detail and a fresh perspective he has documented and helped improved many areas. A proactive team player Alex is always prepared to go the extra mile with the team and in supporting the broker network with their clients.
Richard O’Neill – ACCOUNT MANAGER Richard has over 11 years’ experience in sales at Npower winning numerous sales awards for being the best on the team. Richard is an all-rounder experienced in B2B sales, Business Movers and Renewals and is looking forward to applying all those skills in supporting our brokers in today’s challenging market.
Kelly Hamby – SALES SUPPORT Kelly has been with Utilitrack in 2011 having worked within the utility industry for over 11 years. Kelly has a wide span of business knowledge in varied areas from billing, new connections and registration which makes her an expert to handle our query management and sales support area. Her wide breadth of knowledge sits well within her current role ensuring our broker network receive an excellent sales support service within Operations.
