Enzo brings a wealth of corporate knowledge to the company having previously held senior positions in major corporations. More recently being Executive Managing Director at Archant, the UK's largest independently owned regional media business. As one of the pioneers of free newspapers, he has left an indelible mark on the media industry. His experiences in other market sectors including financial services, software development, online marketing and property development means he has an in depth knowledge of what makes a business work. His work with Government bodies and Charitable Organizations including sitting on the London 2012 Legacy Committee gives him a well rounded view of working with people in all walks of life.
One of his key strengths is developing people and growing businesses. Enzo believes that in business it's all about timing and you need to know when to get in and when to get out. Hence when he came across Utilitrack in 2009 he knew he had stumbled on a fantastic business model and that it was time to leave the media industry. Since then he used all his experience to develop and grow Utilitrack into an incredible Franchise opportunity that will give budding entrepreneurs/franchisees the chance to benefit from his knowledge. Under his guidance Utilitrack has grown from just a good business idea into a successful business model that is simple and easy to learn, delivering outstanding results and the financial freedom to truly have the perfect work/life balance whilst at the same time growing an ongoing residual income.
Stefan is one of the founding members of Utilitrack. He has previously held management roles within numerous companies based in London and abroad. His most recent roles were with London24.com, a news and an entertainment portal for the capital. He was also a key member of Team London, the Mayor of London's volunteering programme, and helped run their Team London Stars awards, rewarding and recognising the work of everyday Londoners and the many voluntary groups and charities in the capital.
Prior to that he spent two years living on the island of Tenerife, and had active management roles in two businesses. One was a monthly lifestyle glossy magazine called Living Tenerife. This was an English language product with content designed to appeal to both British expats and tourists. The other was a road legal buggy and quad bike rental business called BuggyRentals.com, offering island excursions and private hire of vehicles.
In January 2012, he joined Utilitrack full time to manage the internal administration, human resources and finance for the business, as well as continuing to service some of his own clients. His experience on both sides of the business helps keep him up to date with all the processes, any changes in the industry, as well as fully understanding the role of the franchisee’s, brokers and introducers.
Gerard has spent most of his working life in the print industry working for a couple of small family businesses through to corporate roles with the Williams Lea Group. He ended his time in the print trade running a print brokerage that supplied leading hotels and restaurants in London including Jamie Oliver’s original Fifteen restaurant, the Savoy and Claridges. Gerard sold his shares in his print company…his mid-life crisis… and joined Utilitrack as one of the founding Business Partners in 2009. He has since then developed a thriving business based in Bedford, supporting brokers and customers across the UK.
His business has helped Utilitrack lead the way in the development of many of the processes other franchisees now benefit from.
In 2014 Gerard was appointed to head up the businesses Training, a role that sees him advising the Board on developments in the industry and helping the broker community to growth their incomes.
In 2017 he was appointed to the main board to help develop the business’ franchise model and use his experience to strengthen the Utilitrack brand.
